1. Is your jewelry made to order?
Yes. Every Plato piece is made to order specifically for you.
Your selected ring size, chain length, and specifications determine the exact crafting of your piece.
This ensures perfect fit, personal attention, and reduced waste.
2. Is your jewelry made in Greece?
Absolutely. Every item is designed and handcrafted in Greece by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and modern precision.
3. Are your gemstones natural and ethically sourced?
Yes. All stones are natural, ethically sourced, and prepared by our in-house Greek gem cutter, ensuring quality, fairness, and traceability from start to finish.
4. Do you use solid gold?
Yes. Plato uses 18K solid gold only — never plated, filled, or vermeil.
Our gold is selected for its purity, longevity, and refined brilliance.
5. Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
According to EU law, customized or made-to-order goods are exempt from the right of return.
We happily repair or replace any piece that arrives defective.
6. What happens if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear images.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed, as materials and craftsmanship are dedicated specifically to your piece.
8. Do you offer resizing or repairs?
Yes.
Manufacturing defects → repaired at no cost
Resizing → available for most designs (fees may apply)
Accidental damage / wear & tear → repair service offered
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with insured, secure delivery.
International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes, based on local regulations.
10. How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the design.
You will always see an estimated delivery time at checkout.
11. Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
All product photography reflects the true proportions and design.
Because we use natural gemstones, slight variations in color or inclusions are normal and part of each stone’s unique beauty.
12. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Every piece arrives in luxury Plato packaging, ideal for gifting.
